Estimated Understory Modeling in LAND INFO tree mapping improves RF (Radio-frequency) engineering results. High-band (mm wave) 5G, that requires small cells every block or two, is especially susceptible to vegetation interference. Understory modeling includes estimated main trunk height and diameter creating an information rich dataset when included with Land Info crowns and contouring.
